Journal 10

I feel that we should do the vocabulary on Wednesday because we need to get caught up. I have overheard multiple students including myselfstate to you that they need time to get caught up on miscellaneous English assignments. Some of these being blogs, and others being readings you have asked us to read. Either way the more time we have the better. Originally I wanted the English homework assigned on Monday because I wanted to get ahead and not have any stress and feel good for the end of the week. I also have different responsibilities after school on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. If we do postpone the vocabulary assignment then I can do it tonight and get ahead. When this happens I feel like an accomplished student and ahead. If we do postpone the assignment it gives other people who have limited access to a computer time to find a computer to use. If they have more time to use a computer that means logically more time to do better quality of work and make it neater. This would also give them time so they didn't have to work on it during class, taking away from their time they have to learn from you. Or they might not be able to learn from our in class discussions, making them lose points for not participating, causing their grade to fall. If their grade gets too low they might come ineligible and not be able to play in any sports. Then our sports teams will be let down and we might lose. Based on previous games and performances, our football program needs all of the players possible. With most players in full health we were able to win the previous friday night. Now i have stated everything that I know to help convince you, so it is down to you to choose which way to go. Regardless I plan on doing it tonight, so to me it doesn't matter.
